How to properly clean for a cumdump session

Preparing for your cumdump session can be a tedious process, but once you find the process that works best for you, it’ll become routine.  (Note: We are not doctors, nor have medical backgrounds, so these suggestions are only a process learned through personal trial and error.) Everyone’s bodies are different, so it’s important to find out what works best for you.

First, it’s important to decide whether or you’re going to just take one/couple dicks or keeping that hole available for a longer duration as that will determine how ‘deep’ you clean.  Once you introduce the cleaning technique past your “2nd hole”, you’re committed as your body will want to expunge it all.

Preparing for a cumdump session can start up to 24 hours prior for some, and begins with your food intake and supplements to help with ease in cleaning. Having a high fiber diet is important to let it flow easily.

I work backwards with food and tend to stop eating about 14+hrs before I want to douche. First, I try to ‘go’ and then begin with a douche. If it’s a place with a shower hose the process is a LOT easier, otherwise I use a bulb douche.

If it’s a shower hose I get the water to the right temperature (not too hot to avoid burning your insides, but not too cold as to where you’ll tighten up) and the jet of water needs only reach about 3inches into the air if facing up so you don’t jet wash or irritate your rectum. Whatever you put in your hole, lube it well with silicone lube or coconut oil, you need to save that hole and not wreck it before you’re started.

Put it in your hole and hold for 10secs. Move into a position where you know the water is going beyond your rectum, and into the sigmoid colon. If you feel your rectum stretching then stop, because it’s not going further up at that point and you’re going to irritate your dick taker.

Hold it in and then relax to let it out. So much of douching (like anal sex) is about your minds ability to control your muscles and relax. If you get worked up about douching the bowel clamps up and holds onto the dirty water, so allow yourself lots of time for this so you’re not rushing and nervous. My end to end is usually 2hrs before I’m confident to take dick for a long time.

Let it out, repeat, let it out etc. Keep going for as long as it takes, but get into the position where you are relaxed (I stand up and just check my phone for messages and arrange tops for later so I’m not fixated on the douching and clamp up.) Get into different positions that work for you to get the water in well and beyond your second hole

If using a hose then I stand and lift my right leg and point my ass back and right, it opens things up to let the water go in. If using a bulb douche I get on all 4s in the bath and squirt it with my back arched so my hole is open and relaxed. I often shave/exfoliate my ass while I’m holding the water in there as the movement of your body can help move the dirty water along.

Just keep going until it’s clear and sometimes using a long thin well lubed dildo can also help dislodge water. While going through this process, I gulp big glasses of water - not only will this hydrate you but the gulping of cool water can trigger the gastrocolic reflex where your body moves things along inside, so can help promote getting everything out.

Once I’m cleaned out, I then personally inject CBD lube into my hole to help reduce inflammation  and use a smooth lube injector so as to not scratch my cleaned out hole. Once I’m clean , if I know I’m going to be taking dick for a long time, then I eat something like, but avoiding lactose. This “should” take awhile to digest, but everyone is different.

I will then take an Imodium if I know I want to be fuckable for at least 12+hrs. This way I’ve got sustenance to sustain me for my session, but it won’t make an appearance. Don’t take too much Imodium as I find it tightens your hole sometimes which can make it painful if you’re taking dick for a long time. You need to be able to relax (not necessarily loose) or it’ll hurt after a few dicks.

If you want to go for more than 15+hours then don’t eat and drink Gatorade. (But not the blue one, as the dye makes the cum turn black!) Once you’re confident you’re clean, go ride those dicks! But remember, if your hole says no, then stop. And get yourself checked for everything often. I do and am a responsible cumdump.

If I’m not already incorporating a fiber supplement in my daily routine, I begin doing so about 2 days before I’m planning on cumdumping, which entails drinking it right after eating.  (I do a 50/50 mix of the CVS low-sugar orange & original course versions.)  I only enjoy cumdumping when 100% clean as I like to switch between my holes.

I stop eating about 24 hours beforehand and then just have a piece of fruit day and lots of coffee the morning of.  I also prefer to space out the preparation to give my body some time, so begin douching about 6 hours prior for about 20 minutes.  I’ll then use a lubed dildo to loosen up my hole and then back to the shower for more douching.  I do not enjoy bulbs, so try to always use a shower attachment.  As these aren’t always available, I travel with my own kit (including a small vice grip to remove the showerhead). It’s important to have the attachment that controls pressure as you do not want it too forceful while inside your hole. If I’m traveling lightly, then I’ll use an attachment that connects to water bottles.

I’ll have the water fill up just until it begins to feel uncomfortable and then pull out the attachment (ideally one that stretches the hole), but I only push hard enough as if I’m going the bathroom normally, not when constipated. When releasing, I’ll alternative between doing so in a standing position and in a squatting position and sometimes also use the hose inserting water while in the squatting position as your intestines are arranged in a more fluid manner.

I’ll then give myself some time (about 30 minutes) to set up the room for my session and return to cleaning out.  I can always tell at this point if there’s still something that needs released and there’s usually a final and large coagulated specimen (from the fiber) that is accompanied with a release of pressure from my gut.  Then it’s just a quick rinse again and I know I’m good. I’ll have coffee up until my second cleaning as it helps as a stimulant, but will stop at my second cleaning and I do not personally take Imodium. If I’m feeling bloated or something’s off, then I know I need to give it more time. 


Do’s & Don’ts

Do give yourself enough time to prepare. Every cleaning session is different so it could take 30 minutes or could take 3 hours.  You can always start taking dick early.

Don’t  over-douche as doing it too ‘hard’ or often can be detrimental to your immediate or long-term health.  You can read more about that here.  If you’re only planning on taking a dick or two, make sure to avoid douching too deep, otherwise you’ll need to continue with the full process.

Do prepare by means more than cleaning, which includes a high fiber diet or supplements.

Don’t use hot water or high pressure to avoid damaging your insides.

Do respect your body. The cumdumping scene is a marathon, not a race, so if something feels off, it’s ok to not continue.  This is especially true with physical pain (versus uncomfortablity) and presence of blood. (Transmission of diseases and bacteria occur at a much higher rate when there are open sores, plus other issues can arise.)

Don’t get on the apps too early. Often times guys are immediately ready to come over when you’re logged on, so that may force you to quickly (but not properly) clean. It’s better to be almost ready so you’re comfortable during the entire session.

Do stay hydrated throughout the session. Your body is losing fluids through sweat, but it also helps keep your muscles from expanding or an easier time taking dick.

Don’t get discouraged or let a top make you feel bad if an accident occurs. While you can do everything to properly prepare, the body is a complex mechanism and regulates itself for survival, so if sometimes things happen.
